Residing in the 16th-century former coach house overlooking the city walls, the restaurant was newly refurbished last year. It is both stylish and contemporary while retaining the original character of this historic building and it boasts three wonderfully quirky guest bedrooms. Headed up by head chef Mark Cragg, the attention to detail and clean cooking make it already one of the most popular restaurants in the busy city.
