Coast at the Hythe Imperial offers fine dining in an elegant and relaxed setting and has recently gained its first AA Rosette Award for 15 years in July of 2016.
We pride ourselves on offering a good choice of quality dishes and where possible use the finest ingredients from local suppliers; our fresh fish is landed daily, meat from T&L Coopers in Ashford, eggs are sourced from a local greengrocer Crundens of Hythe who also supply the freshest local vegetables. Dishes are never over elaborate and always allow the quality of the ingredients to shine through.
Open daily for breakfast and dinner with every Sunday offering a traditional Sunday lunch with a selection of meats roasted to perfection.
Prior to enjoying your dinner, do take advantage of our Moet & Chandon Champagne Bar, which is the home of Moet in Kent for a cheeky glass of bubbly and nibbles which is an ideal way to celebrate or just enjoy a great evening out with friends or family.
