The Brasserie on The Bay’s Head Chef, Ricky Smith prides himself on providing high quality locally sourced food, to produce his creative and appealing menus, which change to accommodate new seasons. For Example Autumn is the season of Game. A speciality that features on our menu is Chart Farm Venison Cannon with sticky ribs, chanterelle mushrooms, salt baked celeriac purée and venison jus. Diners will enjoy the contemporary feel of the Lodge at Prince’s, in the cosiest seat in front of the log burner, anticipating the wonderful menu whilst savouring Chef’s selection of canapes, or perhaps a post dinner coffee. During the summer months there is an option to enjoy the sunny terrace for early evening drinks, whilst watching the sunset over the golf course.
