Leeds Castle’s Wacky Witches and Wizards at Half Term

23 to 29 October 2017

From 23rd to 29th October, during Halloween Half Term, find our wacky witches and wizards around the Castle grounds and listen to their spooky tales although beware, they often get themselves in a monster muddle. Our silly sorcerers are making big mistakes, note them on your trail card to be rewarded with a chocolate prize. A spooky quest is available in the Woodland Walk for younger visitors (small additional charge applies).

The Castle grounds open at 10am but find our characters hiding across the estate from 11am to 1pm and again from 2pm to 4pm. Lookout for Vinnie the Vampire, Gloria the Ghost and Frank Frankenstein amongst others!

At 12pm and 3pm, dance in the outdoor children’s ‘Monster Mash Ball’ and take place in the daily fancy dress competition at 2pm with prizes for the best costume. There will be lots of ghoulish games and frightening fun to be had at Leeds Castle this half term.

A valid admission ticket to Leeds Castle is required for this event. Annual tickets cost £24.90 for adults; £21.90 for seniors and visitors with disabilities (carer goes free); £16.90 for children (under 4’s free). Annual tickets are valid for 12 months so you can pay once and visit all year round. Pre-book tickets online for discounts.

Leeds Castle is located near Maidstone in Kent just off Junction 8 of the M20 and only one hour’s drive from London. Grounds open at 10am daily and the Castle is open from 10.30am. Last admission is 3pm and gates close at 5pm (October to March).
