‘Eggsplore’ all the hidden treasures at Bewl this Easter!
The Easter Bunny has misplaced his eggs around Bewl Water and needs the help of his mini ‘Eggsplorers’ to get them back! Over the Easter holidays, the bunny is asking youngsters to take part in an exciting treasure hunt to see if you can track down each of the missing eggs!
Children aged 4 and over need to collect an activity pack which includes a map, guiding them to parts of Bewl Water Country Park where the bunny thinks he may have lost his eggs. Each egg will be numbered and each number represents a letter. Once all the eggs have been found, the letters can be unscrambled to make an Easter word and a prize can be collected!
Young explorers, aged 3 and under, can pick up an adventure pack and hunt for 12 coloured eggs in the playground and woodland area. Once they have found eggs in all the different colours, they can claim their egg-citing prize too!
Both treasure hunts, which will run from Thursday 29th March- Sunday 8th April, cost £4 per child which includes trail map and prize.
The Waterfront Café will be open every day over the holidays from 10am to 4pm and the Boat House Bistro will be open from noon to 4.00pm on Fridays (Fish & Chip only), Saturdays and noon to dusk on Sundays.
Parking for Bewl Water is £3.00 per car. For more information on any of the Easter events call 01892 890000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
