Days Out

All the Fun of the Farm at Kent Life this Easter

Get your boots muddy this Easter and join the team at Kent Life Heritage Farm Park near Maidstone to discover all the fun of the farm between 30th March and 15th April 2018.

Every day of the Easter holidays families can meet the adorable newborn baby animals including lambs, kid goats and piglets. Children (and adults!) can even have a go at bottle feeding the lambs and goat kids themselves.

Watch the exciting owl flying demonstrations which take place daily at 11am and 3pm, and as Easter is all about eggs and fluffy chicks, children can visit the hatchery to learn how to identify fertilised eggs.

There are also indoor and outdoor play areas and a chance to get up close to some of the farm’s smaller animals including rabbits and guinea pigs in the popular cuddle corner.

Hop aboard the brightly coloured land train to enjoy a fun ride around the farm or perhaps enjoy a stroll around the nature trail to see what else there is to discover on the farm including the inquisitive meerkats.

For a small charge get creative in the Paint-a-Pot studio where children can create the perfect Easter gift or enjoy a donkey ride.

Between 30th March and 2nd April, children should also keep an eye out for the Easter Bunny and his yummy Easter treats. There will also be Easter bonnet making with a daily parade.

The all-weather Big Top arena is the place to go to catch one of the many exciting Easter shows which are included in admission to Kent Life. The shows are full of laughs and audience interaction and will take place at 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm each day.

Big Top Easter Entertainment Programme

Flip’s Puppet Show! Flip takes puppet shows to a new level. Children are kept captivated whilst helping the puppets with their singing, music and games. These are exciting and hilarious shows that will keep the children laughing for hours.

The Magic Shows will have everyone laughing with plenty of audience participation.

BubbleJo Bubble Show uses bubble tools and tricks to delight audiences of all ages.

Mrs Back to Front’s Punch & Judy Show will entertain families with a traditional child-friendly puppet show full of fun, action and laughs. You may have seen her perform at The Queens Jubilee Celebrations in Hyde Park or at her regular spot in Covent Garden.

The Animal Show is a chance to learn about and get up close and personal with some unique and mysterious creatures.

The 1950’s-inspired interior of Dotty’s Tea Room is perfect for sampling the delights of fresh, local produce, including homemade cakes and delicious light lunches. The fabulous new Pizza Garden will also be open daily throughout the Easter holidays serving freshly cooked wood-fired pizza.

Why not consider the great value annual membership? Events and activities run all year, Kent Life is so much more than just a day visit!
